What our inspections do not usually include

There are some vehicle systems that require specialist workshop equipment and conditions to test thoroughly.

Specialist tests such as these that fall outside the scope of our inspections would include

Transmission clutch (wet or dry), visual plate condition Exhaust emission measured levels
Engine cylinder compression
Fuel pressure Infotainment (satellite navigation) operation and accuracy
Consumption data (engine oil or fuel)
ADAS calibration

However, often if these items are severely worn or outside manufacturers specifications, the system functionality will normally be affected.
